We are looking for a Business Analyst to help design and deliver high-quality product and integration solutions in a structured, clear, and scalable way. You will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, traceable, and easy to consume by product, QA, and development teams.

This role is critical in improving how we structure, document, and manage requirements across the full delivery lifecycle.

Product description

We are currently building a B2B fintech platform, focused on digital payments, cross-border transactions, and next-generation financial infrastructure. Additionally, we are developing a standalone POS and merchant acceptance solution to support businesses in accepting payments across channels.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and implementation-ready requirements, including detailed functional specifications.
• Manage requirements lifecycle, including changes, dependencies, and impacts, ensuring end-to-end traceability across several projects and iterations. 
• Produce process flows (diagrams) supported by well-organized descriptive blocks, ensuring both high-level understanding and necessary detail.
• Analysis of integration points with external systems, including APIs specs, data mapping, etc.
• Collaborate closely with Design (UX/UI) teams in an iterative discovery process, where requirements and design evolve together rather than sequentially.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
• Create and continuously improve documentation standards, templates, and ways of working.

Skills and qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant background preferred in a product company, fintech domain (payments, banking, etc.) with mobile applications in scope. 
• Highly skilled in requirements elicitation, structured documentation and lifecycle management; creation of use cases and user journeys with a focus on clarity and usability.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into logically structured functional requirements.
• Proven ability to create process flow diagrams combined with clear supporting descriptions.
• Hands-on experience with complex integrations with external service providers.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart tools.
• Experience of close collaboration with design teams translating requirements into design artifacts.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery environments.
