Pri-Num representatives recently spoke on the Visa Token Service (VTS) at the VISA South East Europe Regional Business Forum in Montenegro.

The VISA SEE Regional Business Forum is a two-day event hosted by VISA for the sharing and presentation of new opportunities and strategies for organisations within the payments sphere.

Topics covered at the forum included unlocking the power of digital in the customer journey, payment security and the future of commerce, as well as the rise of tokenization in payments.

Pri-Num was invited to present on our experiences with creating VTS-enabled applications. We were able to share our successes with Raiffeisen Bank where we implemented a VTS-enabled application faster than anywhere else in Europe. Our presentation also included our successes with TBC Bank where we created a VTS-enabled application which saw over 2 million transactions and 50,000 users.

In addition to these success stories, the presentation included some best practices. These included:

– Investing in usability and design as well as testing features thoroughly.
– View loyalty and incentives as tools to drive us of the issuer’s mobile wallet.
– Maintain product features and regularly update the wallet app.
